1.Does the company get any quality certificates or pass any factory audit?
Yes. All the products can be tested by ITS, SGS,etc. We have achieved the ISO9001:2008, also passed audit by BSCI, SEDEX.

6. How longis the lead time for the sample and mass production?
Generally the lead time for sample is 7-15 days, while the lead time for mass production is 45-65 days.

A: Yes, If available in stock, samples can be sent out for free. If out of stock, customized samples can be made for free, only the postage will be charged.

8: Can you print our special designs /logos on the goods?
A: Sure, we can provide you customized service/OEM and ODM service with drawings .

All the products in our store are large in quantity and preferred. We support samples or customizations before large quantities, including LOGO, patterns, shapes, etc. If you need samples or customizations, please consult customer service.

Instructions for use
1. Ceramic products will inevitably have small defects such as lack of glaze, small black spots and protrusions, which are not quality problems and will not affect the overall appearance and use.
2. The PH value of washing is recommended to be between 11-12. If there are tea stains, etc., it can be washed with lemon juice or vinegar.
